早朝の妙高山、研修途上の鯨波海岸
8月19日（日）は、久しぶりに早起き、5:30に起きました。
Yoshy got up at 5:30 am on Sunday, August 19th. It was much earlier than usual.
エリーもびっくり。散歩から帰宅した時の、LLシホヤ新井教室からの妙高山です。
Erie was surprised at such early walking. The first picture is Mt. Myoko from LL Shihoya Arai School. It was taken just after walking with Erie.
この日は、SW新潟県オーナー会主催の「講師研修会」が長岡で実施されました。
“LL Instructors’ Seminar” under the auspices by SW Niigata Block Owners’ Association was held that day in Nagaoka City.
招聘講師は、M-PEC顧問の香原ちさと先生でした。
The guest-instructor was Ms. Chisato Kohara, one of Advisors of Myoko Powerful English Club (M-PEC).

長岡へ向かう途中、鯨波の海岸を撮影しました。
Yoshy took a picture of the seashore of Kujiranami on the way to Nagaoka St.
鯨波には、「柏崎聖書学校」があります。
There was Kashiwazaki Bible Institute there; I think it still stands in Kujiranami.
1982年ころ、3年に渡って、そこへ毎夏、英会話学習に通いました。
Yoshy visited there three times every summer around 1982.
たくさんの外国の友人ができました。今でもメール交換している若かりしT君も写っています。どの人かって？…彼と私しか分かりません。30年前ですからね。
Yoshy could make lots of foreign friends there. Mr. T and I are still email-friends. Who is it? – Only he and I know Mr. T, because those were the days, 30 years ago!
1975年に、LLシホヤ新井教室を開設させて頂きました。「使える英語学習」のためには、私自身が精進しなくては、と、今でもその気持ちに変わりありません。
Yoshy started LL Shihoya Arai School in 1975 for the purpose: “to teach useful command of English”. Teaching is learning! I’ve still had the passion inside me!
