紙芝居：A Picture-card Show
9月12日(水)、GBクラスで、久しぶりに「英語の紙芝居」を使いました。
On Wednesday, September 12th, Yoshy used a picture-card show after a long time.
「色と形」のまとめのレッスンでした。
They were going to be learned the last session of “Colors and Shapes” there.
丸、四角、長四角、三角、菱形、ハート…「赤い大きな丸」、「青い小さな四角」…と言えるようになっています。
Circle, Square, Rectangle, Triangle, Diamond, Heart, etc. … “a red big circle”, “a blue small square” ,etc. … They have already been able to say so.
この日は、「色んな色と形」を使って、「面白い絵」を描いてもらう予定でした。
They were going to have been drawn “interesting pictures” by using “various colors and shapes” this day.
午前中に教案を考えている時、絵を作る前に、紙芝居：「みんなでポン」(童心社)を使おうと閃きました。
While thinking of this teaching plan in the morning, Yoshy suddenly had an idea that I would use a picture-card show: “EVERYBODY CLAP!” (Its publisher is Do-shin-sha, Co. Ltd.); just before starting having them draw their pictures.
手を叩くと、小人や、ロボットや、お化けが出てきます。
When GB-students clap their hands, a dwarf, a robot and a ghost come out!
それらは、学んできた「色と形」中心に描かれています。
Each character in it is mainly drawn “colors and shapes” they have learned.
面白くて3回も楽しんだ後で「色と形」を使った絵を描き始めました。
They enjoyed it so much that this paper-card show was used three times, then they started making their own interesting picture with “colors and shapes”.
明日：13日は、年長児ばかりのGBSで同じ教案を使います。でも、38年間、「同じレッスン」は、1回もありません。
Tomorrow, 13th, this teaching plan will be used in GBS in which only eldest kindergarten children are, too. But Yoshy have never done “the same lesson” once for 38 years.
教師も生徒も「イキイキした感情にあふれた人間」ですから、当然なことです。
That should be natural, because both Yoshy and LL students are “human beings with vivid feeling”.
