M-PEC月例講座ご案内
桜並木の蕾も、冬の寒さにさらされた休眠状態からやっと蠢(うごめ)き始めてきました。
The buds of cherry blossoms in this avenue have started to stir from a dormant state after being exposed to the winter cold.
3月講座は3月9日(土)、時間は午後7時から9時、会場はLLシホヤ新井教室です。
YEA (Yoshy’s English Activity) of Myoko Powerful English Club (M-PEC) in February is going to be held at LL Shihoya Arai School on Saturday, February 9th, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

「イースターゲーム」等、楽しいたくさんの企画の中から、一つご紹介：「英文レターづくりの基礎学習」として、特別顧問のライト教授が#6 M-PECフェスティバルに送って下さった「激励文」を学びます。
Let me introduce one of many fun activities, Easter Game, etc; we’re going to learn how to write an English letter by using Professor T. J. Wright who is one of Special Advisors of Myoko Powerful English Club (M-PEC). It was sent to us at the 6th M-PEC Festival.

I want to take this time to welcome each and every one of you to the 2012 M-PEC Festival. M-PEC was established to help promote English communication and international understanding for the Myoko area.

It was a real honor for me when Yoshy kindly invited me to be one of the advisors of this unique club. I am impressed that all of you have made an effort to study at and support LL Shihoya Arai School that Yoshy runs. Without a doubt, he is one of the most internationally-minded people that I have had the pleasure to meet in Japan. Please take advantage of the wonderful opportunities that Yoshy have to offer.

In addition, I really do hope that all of you will keep working on your communicative competence in the English language. Study conversation, speak it and listen to it as well. Make an effort to watch CNN News, English broadcasts and TV programs. Also, rent DVDs and CDs as much as possible. Go all out to read English books and practice your writing and English penmanship, too. If you have an opportunity to come into contact with a foreign visitor, help him or her in every way possible while practicing your English.
さらに、私は、みなさまが英会話の力がつくための学習を続けて下さることを切に希望致します。会話を学び、さらには、英語を話して聞いてください。CNNニュースや英語の放映、番組を見る努力をなさって下さい。英語の本を読み、作文や美しい字を書くことにも本気で取り組んで下さい。外国の訪問客に接する機会があるなら、あなたが学習期間中である限り、出来るだけ色々な方法で、その人を手伝ってあげましょう。
