大きくなる瓢箪と、カマキリ再発見：Growing Gourds and Mantis’s Next Home
6月26日の朝、瓢箪の実が初めて形を表わしてくれました。
In the morning of June 26th, a shape of the gourd appeared first this year.
まだ5つしか確認できませんが、少しずつ大きくなっています。
Though we can see only five small shapes of it, they sure are growing day by day.
毎朝観るのが楽しみです。
Yoshy looks forward to seeing them every morning.
行方不明だったカマキリは、「百日草」の葉の上にいました。
That missing mantis was on a leaf of “zinnia”.

いつか飛んでゆくでしょうが、ここが故郷…なんて思うのは、人間の勝手。
It will fly away from there, but this spot of LL garden is its home. … Hum, that must be my sentimentalism.
やもりや蛇に食べられませんように！
I hope it won’t be eaten by a gecko or a snake!
