地質学と文化研究の違いがあっても、「妙高山」に関連したご研究において共通しておられます。
They are studying The Range of Mt. Myoko in different areas of expertise; geological science and culture.
地質学者の早津先生とは30年来の、文化研究の小島先生とは数年前からのお付き合いで、親しくご指導いただいています。
A geologist, Dr. Hayatsu is one of Yoshy’s friends for over three decades and a cultural researcher, Mr. Kojima is one for a couple of years.
早津先生のご研究については、私には難しすぎてさっぱり分からない！…でもなぜか友人でいられます。先生のご人徳のお陰でしょうね。
Telling the truth, Dr. Hayatsu’s studying is too difficult for me to understand! However, we’ve been good friends for a long time, which might due to his good personality.
