人さまの心を動かす仕事…これほど厄介な、…左右偏重の螺旋階段がどこまで続くのか？… でもこれほどやりがいのある仕事は…。
Through this job, I can’t help touching human heart, which should be one of the most bothersome jobs; where this spiral stairs made of his/her gratitude and hatred will end, but or so, it must be the most worthy to do …
天職だと、感謝しています。改めて気付かせて下さった「ネジバナのらせん階段をのぼったら」の詩にも！

まっすぐ 空にむかって咲こうと思っているのに
Although always I am trying to grow straight up to the sky,
いつも
Always
いつも
And always
よじれてしまう
I become quirk.
ねじれてしまう
I become kink.
右にいったり
To the right,
左にいったり
And to the left.
ネジバナのらせん階段
The spiral steps of Chinese spiranthes
一段
One step,
一段
And another step.
のぼってゆこう
I will keep climbing.
のぼってみよう
I will try to do,
花粉の塊うけとりながら
Given a pollen mass.
だんだん道は狭くなるけれど
Though this path is becoming narrower and narrower,
どんどん空は近くなる
The sky is coming close.
一番上までのぼったら
If I could reach the top,
すこしだけとどきそうになる青い空
The sky would sure be within kissing distance.
夏がくるよと風がささやく
I meet the ear … The wind is whispering. “Summer is coming soon.”
